Anyone reading this: Manuel has walked with us through the process of looking for a home from that very first step of "what are you all looking for?" to "we have one last document to sign" to "I have moving boxes and tape I would like to drop off to you". He is motivated and always available. If he doesn't know the answer, he will find it out and get back to you as soon as possible. He is out at open houses, has his face and name out in the community, he hosts various events all year round. He is serious about what he does and loves his job! You can see it in everything he does. He's personable, friendly and polite. He listens to what the future home owner(s) is looking for and doesn't waiver from finding it. He's not afraid to show any home and has a positive outlook when giving ideas on what would work in a home. He's licensed not only in Colorado, but Wyoming as well. I see why this client asked this question. Personally, we found our perfect Realtor and LOVE the house he helped us find! 11 days and counting Manny!
